This paid teleconsultation is available for customers who would like to discuss their health profile, goals, and suitability with a licensed doctor before deciding whether to proceed with any Glowform order.

During the consultation, the doctor may review your assessment, medical history, current medications, and any concerns you may have. The doctor will provide guidance based on your individual profile and may advise whether a specific option is appropriate for you.

The teleconsultation fee may be converted into store credit if, after the consultation and subject to doctor clearance, you decide to proceed with an eligible order.

Consultation does not guarantee approval, prescription, or product eligibility. Final recommendations will depend on the doctor’s independent medical assessment.

The teleconsultation fee covers the professional consultation service. If you proceed with an eligible order after doctor clearance, the same amount may be applied as store credit.
